Introducing Sherbet Daydream. Alas, it doesn't have sherbet in it, but its playful vibes and tart acidity remind us of our favourite childhood candy. The blend is a sparkling red currant wine that has been infused with pickled rhubarb and douglas fir that we get from the forest nearby. Its rounded out with a juniper kefir. Pink, bubbly and tasting a little like a cross between a Christmas tree and the Barbie Movie, this is refreshingly uplifting sipping for
all your parties.

Redcurrant wine, pickled rhubarb, douglas fir, juniper kefir.

Pairing

Serve chilled in a wine glass. Serve as an aperitif, or pair it with smoked salmon and blinis.
